Heres how our recruitment process works.
During the meeting, your Account Manager will cover the recruitment process and go through our checklist. They will clarify and outline the expectations around the recruitment process. If any, they will also explain the documents that must be submitted and review the costs to recruit. This includes benefits and salary range for the proposed position.
Outrun drafts job postings to acquire applicants. Selected applicants complete a Personality test, English test, and an interview. Endorsements for applicants can be sent to the Account Manager, or yourself, who assesses shortlisted candidates and conducts second interviews. Outrun will also perform a resume search if suitable applicants cannot be found, also with the option of editing the job description.
Outrun will perform reference checks for the selected applicant. Once this is completed and it is decided if an offer will be presented, the candidate is given the job offer and amount and a contract will be drafted. After the amount is agreed upon and the contract is signed, Outrun also manages the procurement of equipment and the employee's start date is confirmed.
On the first day we set the tone for a positive onboarding experience. In the HR briefing we ensure that the employee understands the company's values, policies, and support systems and feels prepared to begin their new role. We establish a schedule for regular HR catch-up meetings. We review the employee handbook and brief the employee rules and expectations regarding attendance, punctuality, and the timekeeping systems. We review how to request time off and whom to contact in case of unexpected absences.
In our regular HR catch-up sessions, HR can discuss the employee's progress, address any concerns, and provide an opportunity for the employee to ask questions or seek guidance. Outrun develops a monthly report that covers the employee's attendance and performance, uptime and power outages, leave credits, Philippines updates, upcoming holidays, and continuous employee engagement.
